Tom Hall, founder of TLH Consulting, has been in the financial and life insurance industry for over 33 years. He has an eye for excellence and a passion for doing things right. Tom has sold insurance, run an insurance agency, led wholesaling teams, managed distribution and held senior sales management positions over his career. He brings decades of insurance sales and corporate leadership experience with top tier companies such MassMutual, AXA, Aegon and Protective Life. Tom graduated from San Diego State University Business School and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) professional designations. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, surfing, hiking, performing card tricks and reading. He also volunteers as a life coach teaching people the 5F success model- Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness and Finance. Tom has been married to his wife, Tanya, for 34 years and they have 3 adult children. They live in Encinitas, CA and part-time in Kauai.
